Could Harry Potter and the Cursed Child continue the Potter franchise further?

Harry Potter’s story didn’t end with Deathly Hallows and now that we have more of his story as an adult, does that mean we could have more Potter tales in the future?

Look, liking Harry Potter and the Cursed Child is a rare thing because many don’t like the characterization of Harry and his friends. Which, I argue that it is a great representation because Harry is dramatic and crying throughout most of it and that’s exactly the Harry Potter we know and love.

But with the success of Cursed Child comes the knowledge that there is still some of his story to tell. So, will we get even more now that the play is doing so well? Are we going to end up with a sequel or a book or something expanding on Harry’s story more than we already had? It’d make sense since we love learning about Harry and what his life has become.

Why not give us the stories we want? Sure, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them expands the world and is a fun connection but our hearts remain tied to the Boy Who Lived. We grew up with Harry, loved Harry, and we love learning about people who have a direct connection to him. That doesn’t mean we won’t get to meet some of his family in Fantastic Beasts but many of us would rather be focused on something to do with Harry Potter.

Hopefully, that means we’ll get even more Potter content soon and get to revisit the boy we love so much.

Next. Harry Potter and the no good rotten track record with his friends and family dying. dark
