Wizarding World fans eagerly waiting for the mobile game Harry Potter: Wizards Unite can pre-register for the game but only if they have an Android device.

Mobile game creators of Pokémon GO, Niantic, recently released details about their up and coming mobile game Harry Potter: Wizards Unite. An augmented reality mobile game listed as one of the most highly anticipated games of 2019 by TIME Magazine.

Pre-registration is now open for the mobile game, however, Wizarding World fans have noticed one glaring problem. Pre-registration is only open to Android users. According to GAMESPOT, iOS users do not have the option available to pre-register for Harry Potter: Wizards Unite.

iOS developers have told users to stay tuned for further updates, making it sound as though the ability to pre-register will be open soon. However, some fans will remember the unconfirmed report that Harry Potter: Wizards Unite would be exclusively available to Samsung users first. Those not using a Samsung device would have to wait longer for the mobile game to be made available.

It should be made clear, this report was unconfirmed. However, just because it was unconfirmed does not mean it will not happen. If it was to happen, it would certainly explain why Harry Potter: Wizards Unite pre-registration is open to Android users only right now.
