Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s baby will experience a very different life than his or her royal cousins, whose parents are Prince William and Kate Middleton.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry brought joy to royal baby watchers with the news that Markle is pregnant. Now we have more details on the life of their future child, including all the ways in which their baby will be raised. Bottom royal line: Don’t look to Prince William and Kate Middleton’s children to get a glimpse of how the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will raise their child.

Protection from royal goldfish bowl

While Kate Middleton and Prince William’s offspring have grown up accustomed to paparazzi and photographers, Meghan and Harry have plans to protect their baby from all that attention.

After the baby is born, Markle and her husband want to shield their child as much as they can, according to E! News.

Meghan, Harry, and baby will reside in Frogmore Cottage, with the nursery arranged in gender-neutral shades such as white. About 25 miles outside of London, the estate contains 35 acres of “secluded, peaceful, tranquil” privacy, said an insider quoted by the media outlet.

It’s all in line with Prince Harry’s goal of avoiding the “goldfish bowl of royal life.”

And it was his cousin Princess Eugenie who suggested the location. Markle liked the concept of something similar to the “leafy” neighborhood in which she was raised in Los Angeles.

“They want their children to grow up in as normal an environment as possible,” said one insider.

Meghan Markle’s baby won’t have royal title like Kate Middleton’s kids

While 5-year-old Prince George, 3-year-old Princess Charlotte, and 11-month-old Prince Louis all have royal titles that will result in royal duties, Meghan and Harry’s baby will not receive a title.

Prince George, his brother, and his sister all are in line for the royal throne. But because Harry’s child is seventh in order and will be even lower after their cousins grow up and have their own children, they will be free to do what they want.

Markle plans to raise baby with ‘fluid approach to gender’

In contrast to Prince William’s and Kate Middleton’s royalty-approved choices, an insider said that Markle will “raise their child with a fluid approach to gender and they won’t be imposing any stereotypes.”

While William and Kate turned to nannies, Harry and Meghan will be skipping the traditional nanny and turning to Meghan’s mother Doria Ragland for help.

And while Prince George currently attends a private prep academy, Markle and her royal hubby are are considering a school with an American curriculum that provides a more diverse education.
