Arrow season 7 episode 13 live stream: Watch online

Star City, it appears, has become quite the hub for serial killers. Team Arrow tries to track down the latest one in this week’s episode.
For its much-hyped 150th episode last week, Arrow had plenty of surprises in store. Familiar faces, such as Paul Blackthorne’s Quentin Lance and Bex Taylor-Klaus’s Sin, showed up as talking heads in a faux-documentary about Oliver and the rise of vigilantism. Dinah revealed her Canary powers to Mayor Pollard, temporarily compromising her position in the SCPD. Oliver announced his intention to restore the Arrow Cave, though the ending flash-forward suggests his plans won’t come to fruition.
Perhaps most surprisingly, the episode was fun, at times veering into outright goofiness. I still crack up thinking about Curtis’s reaction to seeing the documentary crew and Diggle’s side-eye at the camera when Curtis accidentally revealed classified information.
This week, it’s back to business. Now, all deputized as official members of the SCPD, our heroes no longer have to fight crime in the shadows. With Rene continuing to bond with Emiko, though, we aren’t holding our breath for a happily ever after. If anything, the future of Team Arrow is as uncertain as ever.
Here, you can read the plot synopsis for tonight’s episode, titled “Star City Slayer,” courtesy of The CW:
"THE TEAM IS TARGETED — Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) are disappointed after they learn that William (guest star Jack Moore) is hiding something from them. Wanting to focus on his family, Oliver steps back from his Green Arrow duties and lets the team take over tracking down a serial killer. However, when the team becomes targets for the killer, things take a bloody turn."
At this point, it’s hard to tell whether the titular serial killer, who threatened Dinah at the end of “Past Sins,” is connected to the overarching narrative or is merely a villain of the week. Frankly, the description above leads me to expect a filler episode as Arrow moves into the second half of its season.
Still, that’s not the only reason the William plot piques my interest more than the serial killer plot. Returning home, Oliver’s son is quite understandably upset with his parents for sending him to boarding school and basically severing communication with him for a semester. Already, the seeds of their future estrangement have been planted. What did William do to get expelled? I’m on the edge of my seat.
Gregory Smith directs from a script by Beth Schwartz and Jill Blankenship.
