Harry Potter actress Miriam Margolyes confesses she can’t stand kids

Miriam Margolyes, who played Professor Sprout in Harry Potter, revealed to all in an interview that she just can’t stand kids.

Turns out Professor Sprout can’t stand children, even though she works with them. Miriam Margolyes, who played the Hogwarts Professor in the Harry Potter movies, confessed to this while in an interview.

The interview was with The Project, where Miriam was talking about Brexit, President Trump, and the subject of children.

Miriam, who recently joined the cast of Call the Midwife as Sister Mildred in the eighth series of the medical drama, was very honest and to the point in the interview.

She made the surprising statement about not only not liking children, but not wanting to be near them either. Which must have made filming really interesting during the Harry Potter franchise.

However, she does wish all children well. Despite not liking them she does have their best wishes at heart. Pointing out she would kill anyone who hurt a child. So I suppose, while she might not be able to stand them, she does love them.

When asked why she had this feeling towards children. It’s because they make too much noise.
