The two played Albus Dumbledore and Gellert Grindelwald in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. A minor role in the movie, but an all-important one. We saw the two together in a picture of the book by Rita Skeeter, “The Life and Lies of Albus Dumbledore.”
The book, a biography of Dumbledore, delves into the friendship between the two wizards when they were young, and this is where we see the picture of Jamie Campbell Bower and Toby Regbo as Albus Dumbledore and Gellert Grindelwald.

They both reprised their role for Fatastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald. Making them the only actors to have starred in both the Harry Potter and Fanstastic Beasts franchise.
Their role in the Fantastic Beasts franchise was only a small one as well. With them both appearing in the Mirror of Erised scene. But again, while only a small role, it was a very important one for Potterheads. The moment also featured in the trailer as well at around 1:13.
So there you have it. The Game of Thrones prequel has gone and landed itself not one, but two powerful wizards.

What their roles will be precisely in the Game of Thrones prequel is not known. All of the new cast members have had their roles kept under wraps for now. So we will just need to wait and see if Jamie Campbell Bower and Toby Regbo end up being wizards again or something else entirely.
