Harry Potter fan aims for World Record for largest memorabilia collection

Think you have the largest collection of Wizarding Word memorabilia? Well one Harry Potter fan believes she does as she aims to collect the world record.
Victoria Maclean, from Tonna, Neath Port Talbot, believes she has the wold’s largest collection of Harry Potter memorabilia. She believes it so much that she is bidding for the World Record, which is currently held by Menahem Asher Silva Vargas, of Mexico City.
Our current record holder possess a vast collection of Harry Potter memorabilia totaling 3,097 items. However, Mrs MacLean believes her collection is larger, and not by a mere four or five items either.

Mrs. MacLean believes her collection totals over 4,000 separate items. Which, if true, would completely smash the current record.
In order for her to be granted the World Record. All of the items need to be filmed, and then counted, before sending to Guinness, who will the make the ultimate decision over if Mrs. MacLean has the largest Harry Potter memorabilia collection in the world or not. The entire process can take several weeks.

Mrs. MacLean got into Harry Potter way back in 2001. An active YouTuber, her collection has amassed over the years from a combination of items she has procured herself and items she has been sent to promote on her channel.
So if you are hoping to learn how much she has spent on the entire collection I’m afraid you are not going to get an answer. Mrs. MacLean doesn’t even no the answer herself.
