Spider-Man and Harry Potter, our favorite teen heroes

When you stop and think about Harry Potter, he isn’t really that different from Spider-Man. Just two teenage boys, thrust into being heroes against their will.

Peter Parker and Harry Potter aren’t that different when you stop and think about it. They’re just two boys who are trying their best as a part of something they didn’t ask to be in. Peter didn’t want to be Spider-Man and Harry never wanted to be someone who had to take on the Dark Lord.

And we let them do it, even though they are teenagers. Granted, Peter hides his identity a lot of the time but still. These two boys are in charge of saving the world and there are adults who don’t stop it. Still, we love them and want them to succeed as only they can. If only there was some kind of world where both Peter and Harry could work together.

Could you imagine them side by side? Harry would probably get annoyed with Peter’s constant joy over the idea of magic and what it meant for his world and what he knew and understood. He’d probably constantly compare it back to Wanda’s powers and want to see if Harry could take on the Scarlet Witch.

Or maybe they’d be friends, they’re relate to the feeling of having the world on their shoulders and needing to help those around them no matter what was going on in their personal lives. Because really, at the end of the day, they’re not that different. They’re just two boys trying to figure out how to be a hero even though they didn’t ask for this to happen.
