Ryan Reynolds

Ryan Reynolds is another person who has a long list of reasons why he’d be a perfect guest at your holiday dinner. First of all, he’s Deadpool. We may confuse a lot of the stars on this list with their on-screen personas, but Reynolds literally is Deadpool and he proves it time and time again. He’s a prankster, and he’s a smart-ass, but he has a heart of gold that he hides behind jokes and backhanded compliments.

Reynolds is also Canadian, so he’ll probably be cracking jokes if you invite him to your Thanksgiving dinner about how Thanksgiving was over a month ago (because in Canada, it’s in October). He might throw in some subtle digs at his frenemy Hugh Jackman, too, while he’s at it. He never misses an opportunity to drag him into things, and we have no problem with that at all! If his Twitter and interviews are any indications of his sense of humor at a party, he’ll be the center of attention (as if his good looks didn’t already do that for him).

It was also announced that Ryan would be voicing Pikachu in the live-action movie Detective Pikachu. If you didn’t love him already, you have to admit that’s pretty awesome. Hopefully he can spill all the Pokémon tea for all your guests!

He has to bring wife Blake Lively along with him just so we can all watch the two of them lovingly roast each other the entire night. Nobody can poke fun at their spouse quite as well as these two do, and thank goodness they do it on the internet so we can all laugh along with them!
