Bruce Banner: Yams

Bruce Banner would bring a yams dish, because Hulk smash… get it? Bruce Banner definitely would bring them as a joke and then be uncomfortable that he made it. Maybe Bruce Banner is a good cook? He’s spent so much time isolating himself that he’d have to get good at normal tasks like cooking. Which would be surprising to the rest of the team.

That doesn’t mean that the yams are going to be out of this world. It’s still Bruce Banner we’re talking about. He probably would make them based on whatever recipe he found online and then called it a day. Still, it’d be more than anyone else expected of him. He’s one of the Avengers where just getting him to interact with the team is a great feat.

It’d be nice to have Bruce bring something to the table on top of joining in with the rest of his team. We saw in Avengers: Age of Ultron that he’s still trying to find his place among the team and it would at least be a step in the right direction.

That aside, we know he would come into the party and make some lame joke about how the Hulk helped him smash them. Luckily, we imagine Thor would be the one to laugh at his joke, even if it’s not that good.
