Store Thanksgiving hours 2018: Is Starbucks open?

Just because the holidays are here, that doesn’t mean you don’t want your daily dose of caffeine. And what better way to do that than to head to Starbucks?

We all have our holiday traditions. And when it comes to Thanksgiving, there is a lot of work that goes into planning a perfect family gathering. But, that doesn’t mean coffee isn’t important and that’s what Starbucks is for.

Luckily, for those of us who need our fix of Starbucks every day, most locations will be open on Thanksgiving. According to Delish, who reached out to the company to find out if stores would be open, Starbucks indicated they would be open saying, “We are happy to welcome customers on Thanksgiving in select store locations.”

With the company making it clear that only select stores will be open, it is important to reach out to your local Starbucks to find out if they are in fact open. And while we don’t have exact hours of operation, the company did say, “Store hours vary by location, and stores may occasionally adjust their hours based on business and customer needs.”

This means that stores could be open for just a few hours on Thanksgiving, or they may even stay open late enough to help Black Friday shoppers prepare for a long night of holiday spending.

As a gathering place for people to connect over their mutual love of caffeine, we understand why Starbucks would choose to open locations on Thanksgiving. The holiday is all about spending time with our loved ones enjoying good food and company, and the coffee-focused chain appreciates bringing people together as well.

So, whether you are looking for one of the seasonal coffee drinks like the Peppermint Mocha or the Chestnut Praline Latte, or one of their standard drinks like a Caramel Macchiato, you can head to Starbucks this Thanksgiving to get your caffeine fix.
