Is Grindelwald insinuating that he can stop World War II or that men are evil?

What is Grindelwald even insinuating at the end of Fantastic Beasts? That he can somehow stop World War II or that it is inevitable because man is inherently evil?

Look, Grindelwald, what do you mean by vaping to all the wizards about World War II? We’re not going to focus on the fact that you are essentially a Hitler-like being who convinced Queenie Goldstein to join you but rather we will look at what you were pin-pointing.

So World War II is going to happen, that much we know. Is Grindelwald trying to tell them that that’s the reason he wants to basically shame the non-magical folk of the world? Because they are the reason World War II happens? Does he forget that many wizards and witches live among the non-magical people and could also be the reason World War II happens?

I don’t pretend to understand scare tactics but that’s what this is. Grindelwald was trying to scare those around him into joining him so that they would leave the muggles behind and sure, use World War II but why doesn’t Grindelwald try and stop it instead?

If he’s so powerful, use that power to stop the war. Instead, he just is like “oh this happens and we can’t do anything about it but muggles suck so let’s show them how much they suck”. Grindelwald, really? You have the power, stop the war.

You want to show the non-magical folk that wizards and witches are better than them? Stop a war that they start. That’d send the message loud and clear. Instead, he’s like “Sorry guys! You did it and we have magical powers so we can start our own racist stuff within our own community!”.
