Lush Cosmetics and RuPaul’s Drag Race queens are here to make you beautiful

Lush Cosmetics is known for fresh, handmade beauty products, and fabulous collabs. Their latest is with the drag queens of RuPaul’s Drag Race.

When it comes to amazing bath and body products that are handmade, amazing, and smell delicious, look no further than Lush Cosmetics. The beauty brand is famous for keeping us all fresh, plus offering amazing collaborations. Their latest collab combines everything we love about Lush, plus the fabulous-ness of three queens from RuPaul’s Drag Race.

Lush’s new campaign is known as Merry DRAGmas, and features Detox of season 5, Kim Chi of season 8, and Shea Couleé of season 9. Each of the queens will be featured in marketing material for the company, as well as gracing the windows Lush Cosmetics stores. Each of the queens will be wearing outfits inspired not only by the holidays, but also the products themselves.

And considering these are some of RuPaul’s fiercest queens, it makes sense that they each will get the spotlight. Each queen will reign for a short period of time, with Kim Chi kicked things off earlier this November; Detox will take over from November 12 to November 20; and Shea Couleé will see the campaign through till its end on December 6.

Each of the queens’ looks was inspired by the products in the campaign, and all we can say is this is a colorful collection that will leave you wanting every single product being offered.

For Kim Chi’s look it was all about mixing prints and textures, with vibrant colors that truly popped. And that means taking inspiration from the Cheery Christmas Bath Bomb, the Holey Night Bath Bomb, the Snow Fairy Jelly Bomb, the Sleepy Shower Gel, and the Star Light Star Bright Luxury Bath Melt. (Talk about serving looks!)

Detox’s look is all about dripping in luxury, and that meant going with a vibe that the queen described as “a little vintage and nostalgic.”

This look has us feeling Mad Men meets The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel vibes. The look Detox is rocking was inspired by the Golden Pear Soap, the Yog Nog Yule Log Bubble Bar, the Perle De Sel Bath Bomb, the Shoot for the Stars Bath Bomb, and the Cinders Shower Gel.

Finally, a truly Christmas inspired look wraps up the party thanks to Shea Couleé, who was also inspired by more vintage looks. It’s all about vibrant red and candy canes for this Drag Race queen, whose style was inspired by a number of products including the Santa Bomb Bomb Bath Bomb, the Candy Cane Reusable Bubble Bar, and the Lord of Misrule Bath Bomb.
