Daniel Radcliffe’s My Boy Jack to drop on BritBox as part of Armistice Day Tribute

Daniel Radcliffe will be forever known as Harry Potter, but he has appeared in plenty of other movies including My Boy Jack which is about to drop on BritBox.

As part of BritBox’s Armistice Day Tribute, a wide selection of movies will be arriving on the service. One of them being Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe’s, My Boy Jack.

Dropping on the network on Nov. 10, My Boy Jack is the true story of Jack Kipling, played by Daniel Radcliffe, son of Rudyard Kipling, an acclaimed British author, portrayed by David Haig.

Jack is determined to serve queen and country by becoming a soldier. However, he has had his request to join the service refused repeatedly, and in an effort to help his son, Rudyard ends up using his influence in order to secure Jack a place in the military.

Things then take a turn for the worse when Jack is reported missing after his military unit suffers an attack. Jack’s parents try to seek out the truth of what happened on that very day, but it will take an unstoppable amount of determination and faith for them to uncover what they seek.

An intense, powerful, and moving drama, the movie starring Radcliffe is a great choice to tribute Armistice Day.

Other movies arriving on BritBox in tribute of Armistice Day are, Women of World War One, The Passing Bells, and Underground War. All of them will arrive on the same day as My Boy Jack, on Nov. 10.
