Harry Potter and the Cursed Child celebrate Halloween with Godric’s Hollow
By Callum Gunn
Halloween is a significant time of year for us Potterheads and Harry Potter and the Cursed Child are celebrating it with the release of Godric’s Hollow.
When it comes to Halloween for Potterheads, it’s a very special occasion. Not because it’s an excuse to get out the wizarding robes, but it’s where the journey for Harry Potter, and all of us, began. And it all kicked off, in Godric’s Hollow.
Halloween is the night where Lord Voldemort showed up and killed Lily and James Potter. Before turning his wand at baby Harry to do the same. The spell, however, rebounded onto Voldemort, ending his reign of power and leaving Harry with a lightning bolt scar.
