Eddie Redmayne is the one to ask for Fantastic Beasts spoilers, not Jude Law

If you want to find out some spoilers about Fantastic Beasts then Eddie Redmayne is the one you want to get hold of, not Jude Law.

Both Eddie Redmayne and Jude Law appeared on The Graham Norton Show to promote Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald. We learned a lot from the duo, but one of the biggest things we found out is that Eddie Redmayne is the one who is likely to give away some spoilers because Jude Law is keeping the secret.

During the talk show program, Law discussed how he went to see J.K. Rowling after being offered the role. Feeling it was his responsibility to portray this beloved character well, he learned some of the backstories of Dumbledore and where things are going to go, Law clearly knows a lot of Fantastic Beasts secrets.

He won’t be telling anyone anything he learned however as he repeatedly pointed out that he will be keeping the secret. Almost like an echo of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. But, while confessing that he won’t be telling anyone, Eddie Redmayne couldn’t help but poke fun at him. Hinting at the idea that it is part of the fun and experience to tell everyone you know the secrets.

Law then flipped it back at him about revealing secrets, at which point Redmayne shifted away uncomfortably as if he was a deer caught in a set of headlights. You can see this interaction play out below.

And everyone's VERY EXCITED for his take on Dumbledore!

Now, it’s unlikely that Redmayne is going to willingly just blab everything he knows if you ask him. However, when comparing who is likely to give away a secret/spoiler, Redmayne is clearly the one. Law is obviously taking his role very, very seriously, which is a good thing, but he is likely not going to be slipping up and telling us any secrets.

Whereas Redmayne looks like he would be way too excited about being in the Wizarding World that he would probably do a Hagrid. Let something slip, and then be, “I shouldn’t have said that. I should not have said that.”
