Halloween and Hogwarts: There’s never anything good to come of it
When it comes to Halloween and Hogwarts, there tends to be a lot of disasters afoot with the Harry Potter crew. Specifically, Harry James Potter and his friends.
Harry and his friends have quite the time at Hogwarts. If they’re not trying to pass their exams, then they’re planning on taking down Voldemort or whatever else comes their way. And even when it is a fun holiday, celebrating the witches and wizards us muggles dream of, they’re still tormented.
Case in point: The troll in the dungeon. The biggest Halloween upset, the Golden Trio were faced with an impossible task. Hermione had run to the bathroom in her anger at what Ron and Harry had said and when the two boys found out where the troll was, they knew they had to save her.
That being said, it could have been a lot worse. With each passing year, Halloween was never really an easy time for Harry and his friends and now it is fun to think about Harry’s Halloweens with his children.
Did he go out Trick-or-treating with Albus, James, or Lily? Did he take his kids door to door and get them candy? Or did the Dursleys ever let Harry do that as a child? There are a lot of questions surrounding Harry and his friends and their Halloween adventures and maybe some day we’ll have a Halloween at Hogwarts that doesn’t end in three children taking on a huge troll that is trying to take over the school.
