4 ways Rick Grimes could make his exit on The Walking Dead

Rick is taken out by Mother Nature (sort of)

While this may be one of the less dramatic ways to go — the environment surrounding Rick and the others is unforgiving. Nature has found its way to take people out before, such as the terrifying prison epidemic. Rick could get sick and unless he has adequate access to medicine, succumb to the illness.

Siddiq isn’t the only doctor around anymore, as we’ve seen Enid training under him, and we’re sure there are plenty of other doctors and nurses in training amidst the communities. However, as things go on this show, if you’re in the wrong place at the wrong time, no doctors or medicine can save you.

A walker bite could also be the cause of Rick’s demise. Yes, a walker isn’t naturally a part of nature — but they have become the biggest predator in the wild, in a way. If Rick were bit, he may go the same as Carl — leaving messages for loved ones before taking himself out. Then again, seeing a walker version of Andrew Lincoln would be sad and somehow satisfying at the same time.
