Wonder Woman of the Week this week is Lady Gaga in celebration of her continued “A Star Is Born” success as well as her recent engagement.

What can be said about Lady Gaga? She is successful in so many ways, and she just continued to have success in everything she touches. While we all know that she is a talented musician and performance artist, she also continues to get attention for her acting skills.

If you’re a fan of popular culture, you know that she starred in A Star Is Born alongside Bradley Cooper. The film has had great success, including a 90 percent rating on Rotten Tomatoes, and has earned over $100 million dollars in just the first 12 days since it was released.

Many people expect Gaga to end up with an Oscar nomination for her performance in the film. While this isn’t her first time acting, it is her first role in a major blockbuster movie. We loved her performance in A Star Is Born, and so we want to celebrate the success she has been having.

Gaga is clearly a multi-talented star who will continue to adapt and innovate throughout the years. Her music career has also had many iterations, and we are loving the songs from the film’s soundtrack. From pop to jazz, Gaga has the skills to sing and write songs that will have her topping charts with singles here and in the future.

Gaga even went on Twitter to share her excitement over three of the songs from the soundtrack being on Spotify “Today’s Top Hits” soundtrack.

Congratulations are also in order for Lady Gaga this week. She confirmed her engagement to Christian Carino. Gaga shared the news at the 25th annual Women in Hollywood celebration hosted by Elle. Not much is known about the engagement yet, but we wish them happiness and congratulations.

This week, Gaga also made headlines with what she wore to the Elle event and what she had to say about her choice. Instead of showing up in some of her more signature glamourous or weird looks, she wore an oversized suit made by Marc Jacobs. The suit was meant to make the statement that women don’t always have to show up looking dressed up and feminine to be respected, saying, “I want to take the power back.”

This statement was part of the speech she gave at the event where she talked about mental health and sexual assault that she gave at the event. She talks about her own experience of being assaulted with bravery.
