Empire season 5 episode 4 live stream: Watch online

This week’s episode of Empire will feature one character’s return and the introduction of a new player in the neverending Empire game of chess.

According to a press release from SpoilerTV, this week’s episode of Empire will not only break Andre out of prison, but also meet some new characters, like Devon, who’s played by the artist Mario.

But of course, there’s more to it than that.

However, the preview mainly centers around Andre’s return from prison and his attempt to integrate himself into his father’s plan to return to dominance. Lucious and his eldest son appear to team up against startup bro-twerp Kingsley in one scene, just like old times.

But when Andre insists on taking even more of a risk for his family, Lucious instead says that the only person who’ll be laying his life on the line for his family is him. It’s nice to see that for once, Lucious isn’t expecting someone to risk everything for him. Maybe Becky’s rejection made him think things through a bit more. (Who knows how long it’ll last, really?)

Aside from scenes featuring Andre, we also see Jamal collapsing into Cookie’s arms crying. Hopefully this is just Jamal’s worries getting ahead of him and nothing horrible has happened to his beau Kai. I truly don’t think poor ‘Mal can take another heartbreak.

With Kingsley now forming an alliance with Diana DuBois, the Lyons could once again be in serious trouble. Diana is the most formidable enemy they’ve had in a while and, had she not been sent to jail, she’d probably still be wreaking havoc on their lives as revenge for what they did to Angelo.
