It’s the second episode of season 4. Jonah helps Amy prepare for another kid and Dinah stages her own maternity shoot on this week’s episode of Superstore.
Baby fever is real and it’s sweeping the aisles of Cloud 9 this week.
After talk of Amy and Jonah’s sex stream dominated the show’s season premiere, the two have decided to keep their relationship hush-hush for now — a brave choice considering the complete lack of privacy that comes with working at this store.
Because they’re operating under a strict “no PDA” rule, Jonah has to get creative in order to help his new squeeze prepare for the arrival of her baby.
Meanwhile, Glenn and his wife are so excited about the delivery fo their miracle child that they’re staging their own maternity shoot even though it’s Dinah who actually carrying their child. Knowing Glenn, this is probably a way to feel closer to the fetus or some such nonsense. But once Dinah gets a whiff of things, she decides to take part in her own photo shoot with Mateo serving as the art director.
Expect these two to battle it out over whose shoot was best at some point. Something else to expect: Jonah and Amy’s secret relationship to come out in the open sooner rather than later. As fun as it is to see the pair try to sneak in some PDA after-hours, there’s just no way Dinah, Mateo and the rest won’t sniff out this whole cloak-and-dagger thing eventually. We’ll have to wait and see how that affects the couple and if they can stay strong after the baby’s born.
