Director David Yates has explained what the major difference is between Voldemort and Grindelwald ahead of Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald.
Every good story needs a big bad. During Harry Potter’s tenure that big bad was Voldemort, but in the Fantastic Beasts series, it is Grindelwald. We haven’t seen Grindelwald truly in action to get an idea of what he is like just yet, but Fantastic Beasts Director David Yates is already giving us an idea as he explains what the difference is between Voldemort and Grindelwald.
According to the Express, Yates explained that both Voldemort and Grindelwald, while both are dark and evil wizards, are completely different from one another in how they go about their deeds.
