Justin Bieber and Jimmy Fallon adorably dance incognito in Central Park
Justin Bieber and Jimmy Fallon both have a history of surprising fans with their antics, and the dynamic duo dressed in disguise to dance in Central Park.
Jimmy Fallon loves to play pranks on The Tonight Show, and the best ones are when he persuades our favorite celebrities to get playful as well. Last night, for a special edition of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the host persuaded Justin Bieber to join him in a wild and crazy expedition to Central Park.
One of the challenges faced by celebrities in public areas: Getting recognized and ruining any clever plots. With Bieber and Fallon ranking high on our ERS (Easily Recognized Stars) list, how could they play in Central Park without getting mobbed?
The Biebs and talk show host succeeded by suiting up with dark sunglasses, fake mustaches, and some pretty ridiculous wigs. Now undercover, the two were able to dance their hearts out, surprising some lucky strangers in the process, all to the tune of Justin’s single, “What Do U Mean?”
The talk show host, 43, and pop icon, 24, waited until they reached Bethesda Fountain for their grand unveiling. The discovery that those bewigged bop dancers were actually Jimmy Fallon and Justin Bieber was a huge delight to fans, with a few lucky ones snapping a selfie with the two.
Although Justin Bieber’s appearance was the highlight for Beliebers, other celebrities joined Fallon on the same episode. Blake Lively talked with Jimmy about her new film, A Simple Favor, while Carrie Underwood crooned a song from her new album, Cry Pretty.
Mark your calendar for September 19, when Night School star Kevin Hart is scheduled to join Fallon as a co-host. We just have one question: Shall they dance?
