Meet your Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery Year 5 friends

New characters have been added to Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery Year 5. Here are all those you can make friends with.
A new year brings new friends. That’s definitely the case with Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery Year 5. They were added at the very bottom of the Friendships menu, so you may have missed the additions at first glance.
What we don’t know yet is when you can make friends. This is likely to be at some point during this year, but it may not be the first chapter or two. As usual, there’s at least one new friend for each house.

Liz Tuttle is a Slytherin that has shown up in the game before for Gryffindor students. She was in some of the backgrounds of classes, but now she’s become someone you can interact with. As she’s a Slytherin, it’s going to be interesting to see how a Gryffindor will be able to make friends with her. This isn’t the first time a Slytherin has gone against the usual rivalry. Jae Kim, Badeea Ali, and Diego Caplan have been added into Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, and Hufflepuff respectively. These three are completely new characters, so we haven’t really seen what they look like until now.

Each of the character descriptions simply states “it’s not clear how to get closer to this character yet…” so we’ll have to wait for a little longer. Like before, we’ll probably see the characters open one at a time throughout the course of the year.
