Harry Potter’s Matthew Lewis has resisted the temptations of Slytherin

Slytherin’s Tom Felton tried to tempt Harry Potter’s fellow Gryffindor Matthew Lewis over to the dark side with a little bribe.

Matthew Lewis may have thwarted the Dark Lord when he played Harry Potter’s fellow Gryffindor Neville Longbottom but that isn’t stopping the Dark Lord’s followers trying to convert him. But don’t worry, he won’t be bearing the silver and green robes anytime soon, he is resisting the temptations being dangled in front of him.

Both Tom Felton, who played Draco Malfoy in Harry Potter, and Matthew Lewis were spotted together at the weekend and it looks like Felton had a goal to recruit the Gryffindor over to the dark side.

Felton uploaded an image of the two together via Instagram and we can clearly see Felton trying to tempt Lewis with some Slytherin merchandise. Lewis looked far from impressed at the idea of having the green Slytherin bag thrust upon him with his expression speaking a thousand words.

Lewis confirmed that he had indeed not been converted. He too shared a picture via his own official Instagram page. He included a caption with his photo as well leaving nobody with the impression that he had been in so easily by the offer.

Nice try Draco, but it is going to take much than just a bag to convert our Neville, although it’s hard to imagine he would ever be converted.
