Baymax S’mores

Big Hero 6 was a huge hit when it came out in 2014, and it remains one of the fastest ways to lighten up a night in with friends. Part of the reason the movie was so popular was the lovable robot, Baymax. And now dessert lovers can make their own edible Baymax.

Disney’s Baymax S’mores recipe is quick and easy to follow — the only thing that requires a bit more effort than usual is shaping the marshmallow to resemble our favorite robot. Apart from that, the most difficult part of making these is convincing yourself to eat them afterward. They’re just too darned cute to bite into!

"Ingredients 4 graham crackers, broken in half 4 large marshmallows Melted chocolate, for Baymax’s features 1 chocolate bar, broken into quarters 8 mini marshmallows Directions Preheat oven to 350° F. Lay graham cracker on parchment-lined baking sheet. Top with milk chocolate. Using a pair of scissors, cut out Baymax’s arms from a large marshmallow and place on top of the chocolate. Cut 1 mini marshmallow in half for Baymax’s legs and stick them onto the bottom of the large marshmallow. Using another mini marshmallow for Baymax’s head, cut off just a bit of the bottom so it can stick onto the large marshmallow. Repeat steps for remaining s’mores. Bake for about 3 minutes, until marshmallows are puffed up and a little melted. Dip a toothpick into the melted chocolate and add Baymax’s features. Top each with another graham cracker and serve."
