Oh have you not heard of this little indie movie? Well, let’s talk. Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope is one of the most successful movies of all time. George Lucas created this world and those who were involved had no idea how successful that first Star Wars movie would be. George Lucas may pretend like he always knew but there was no way anyone could predict how crazy this franchise would end up becoming.

A New Hope focuses on the story of Luke Skywalker learning about his past as he, Han Solo, and Princess Leia try to stop Darth Vader and destroy the Death Star. With the help of Obi-Wan Kenobi, the trio manages to stop Darth Vader and his plans but that is just when the story begins. There is so much to the world of Star Wars and this first movie ever for the franchise set everything up.

Just ignore Princess Leia’s British accent because that’s not important at all.
