How far is Fantastic Beasts really going to go into the Harry Potter world?

Fantastic Beasts is set back before Voldemort even took on the name. But how far into the world is it going to go? What year will it stop?

No one really knows how far into the world Fantastic Beasts is going to go. Meaning, we don’t know what year it is going to stop at. Could the franchise go right up to Voldemort killing the Potters? Or is it going to stop before we even see Dumbledore as headmaster?

We’ll have to wait and see what happens but what we really want is maybe a look at the Marauders or even Voldemort at Hogwarts. There are so many storylines in the world of Harry Potter that we still don’t know about and it would be wonderful to see them playing out before us on the screen.

With the ability of the Fantastic Beasts series, we could possibly get a glimpse into some of our favorite characters at younger ages. Like we are with Dumbledore. It would be truly interesting if they gave us a look at Voldemort so that we could see what Tom Riddle was like before he discovered what he believed to be his purpose.

It could go as far as seeing James, Sirius, and Remus having a laugh while attending Hogwarts. Will it go that far though? The verdict is still out but there are quite a lot of movies still apparently coming out in the series. Only time will tell whether or not we get to see more familiar faces when it comes to the Fantastic Beasts series.
