Fantastic Beasts 2: The questions we have after Jude Law spoke out!

Jude Law broke his silence on Fantastic Beasts 2. There was plenty to take away from the interview leaving us with many questions needing answers.

Since the end of the Harry Potter series, fans have been craving more content about the Wizarding World. One of the first snippets that J.K. Rowling released after Harry Potter, that she withheld from the book, was that Dumbledore is gay.

This took the entire Harry Potter world by surprise, and subsequently, there was no more movies or books to dive into this new knowledge. But now we have Fantastic Beasts and Jude Law will play the young Albus Dumbledore giving us the chance to dive into the world once more.

So much about Dumbledore’s past is set to be released over the next few movies. His relationship with this family, his sister, the obscurial, and Dumbledore’s relationship with Gellert Grindelwald.

Jude Law on playing Young Albus

Jude Law recently spoke out and has given a few spoilers on what is to come in the next movie.  With Grindelwald at large during this time period and the introduction of Dumbledore into the mix, the movie is becoming so much more interesting.

Dumbledore and Grindelwald’s close relationship has been discussed on more than one occasion, something which Jude Law happily discussed.

All of this has led to some very interesting questions:

1: How do Dumbledore and Grindelwald act when they eventually come face to face?

We know they have a previous relationship, loving each other and chasing after the Deathly Hallows. Yet they eventually had a heated dispute and parted ways until their inevitable duel with one another at the height of Grindelwald’s power.

How do they react with one another, and more importantly, when the duel ends. How do they part ways once more?

2: How do all of the events in the story coincide?

Newt and his adventures will be the centerpiece of the upcoming movie. The extreme Harry Potter fans are looking forward to seeing Dumbledore in his prime. Yet there are many dark secrets, many unknown secrets as well, from both Dumbledore’s past and other characters, that everyone is looking to see.

There are several other chapters to go in the Fantastic Beasts story line, and as we progress, each will no doubt become more and more entangled and connected, and in true J.K. Rowling fashion, we will never see it coming.

I’m glad the actors are talking about the new movie. It gives us more to think about,  more questions to ask. I am also disappointed to hear the movie won’t have what we all crave, but I am sure it will all come eventually.
