Funko made a golden Loki and other golden Avengers Pop figures you’ll want to nab quick

Funko released a new line of golden Marvel characters to celebrate Marvel Studios’ 10 year anniversary, some of which include Loki, Black Panther, and baby Groot.

Get ready to make more room in your probably already full display case. Hopefully you’ve already done that with Comic-Con upon us, because Funko has really outdone itself this time. The company’s back with some neat shiny figures that you probably won’t be able to stop staring at.

The company unveiled a group of new golden Marvel characters (okay, “gold chrome” characters, not real gold) that are absolutely dazzling, to say the least. The set includes 11 characters total, taken across all Marvel Cinematic Universe movies. These golden releases in particular are made to celebrate Marvel Studios 10 — the ongoing celebration of the first 10 years of Marvel Studios movies.

One of the best Pop! figures that caught our eyes right away was the gold Loki, which is a variation of the Thor: Ragnarok Loki they released last year — but this one has the iconic horned helmet. It almost reminds of the glorious gold monument that Loki had built when he sort of ruled Asgard in Ragnarok. And honestly, it’s a monument worth worshipping.

The other golden characters are just as nice, which you can see pictured in Funko’s Instagram post below. Those characters include:

• Black Widow

• Ant-Man
• Star-Lord (only available at BoxLunch).

If you don’t see a Marvel character you love all chromed-out, Funko is taking suggestions for the next character they should give the upgrade to. Some suggestions to get you started: Bucky, Spider-Man, or The Wasp. All you have to do is search through the MCU Pop! figures they’ve already made, and reach out to the company via Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram using the hashtag #funkomarvel10 with you suggestion. If you do that before the end of July, your wish might be granted.

Which Marvel character would you like to see make its gold debut? We’d really love a gold Captain Marvel. It’s just too bad Funko hasn’t made one for her and her movie just yet.
