Will Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald release a new trailer at SDCC 2018?

Comic-Con is coming and just like every other year, you should expect a wave of trailers to be released, but will a Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald trailer appear at SDCC 2018?
SDCC is usually the time for trailers. A lot goes on during the convention but the main thing the majority of us look forward to is trailers. Studios usually hold off on releasing their trailers until the convention and Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald will be no exception at SDCC 2018.
Given that we haven’t had a trailer released for several months now and the movie is set for release in November. SDCC 2018 would be the perfect time to release another Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald trailer.

Warner Bros. has a set time slot at the convention, Saturday (10:30am – 12:30pm PST). They have already guaranteed a trailer for Aquaman and have hinted at other movie trailers as well. It is expected that they will release a new Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald at this time, but it is not guaranteed in anyway.
If they choose not to release anything then the next ideal time would be during New York Comic-Con. That is set to take place in October 2018 which would work out nicely in the run up to the movies release in November.
Overall, there is a good chance a new trailer will be released at SDCC 2018 but nothing guaranteed, failing that, you should expect one to appear at the very latest in October during NYCC.
