So You Think You Can Dance (or SYTYCD if you’re lazy) has been on the air for 15 seasons now, so it’s about time we look back at some of the show’s greatest performances.

So You Think You Can Dance first premiered on Fox almost 12 years ago, and it has definitely changed a lot over the years. Besides the introduction of everyone’s favorite host, Cat Deeley, SYTYCD has also been through a number of judges, time slot changes, and even new twists.

But one thing has remained the same over the last decade: a roster of young and amazing dancers performing to routines choreographed by some of the best of the best. The show has featured everything from ballroom, contemporary, and hip hop, to Bollywood, African jazz, krumping, Broadway, ballet, and so much more. It has given opportunities to dancers who have gone on to work with stars like Lady Gaga and Britney Spears, while others have stayed with the show as choreographers and have won high accolades for their amazing work.

In the last 15 seasons, the show has started to lose steam. Every year, it’s a painful waiting game to find out if the show has been renewed or not. But Fox hasn’t lost hope in its dancing competition just yet as the show goes into its 15th season, and we couldn’t be happier!

From the iconic Bench Dance to the “Hummingbird and Flower,” with some hip hop, ballet, and Latin in between, here are 15 of the most memorable routines from SYTYCD. There are so many amazing numbers after all these years that we couldn’t possibly include them all, so if we left out any of your favorites, it doesn’t mean they’re any less legendary!
