This is a heist movie that is going to make you laugh, cry, and be so excited about robbing that you won’t understand what’s going on. Logan Lucky has a pretty insane cast with Adam Driver, Channing Tatum, Katie Holmes, Sebastian Stan, Daniel Craig and more.

When a man loses his job, he and his brother decide to rob the Charlotte Motor Speedway in order to make their dreams come true. Why this movie works so well is that you actually care about the family. Jimmy Logan (Channing Tatum) just wants to make enough money for his daughter.

So he enlists the help of his one-armed brother, Clyde (Adam Driver), and their sister Mellie (Riley Keough). Together, the family comes up with an elaborate plan to steal the money. Luckily they have help from a racecar driver who wants revenge on a man who ruined his “microchip” but the movie is generally just really funny and sweet.

Adam Driver is incredible as Clyde Logan, lumbering around as if he doesn’t know what he is doing when he’s maybe one of the smarter people in the film. It is surprisingly sincere and definitely one you’ll want to bring some tissues to but it is a good cry!
