Want to know why men didn’t like the new Ghostbusters? It wasn’t just because women were the Ghostbusters. It was because Chris Hemsworth played the ditzy role that usually goes to a woman. And boy did we love him for playing that role.

Obviously, Chris Hemsworth is hot. There is no denying that. But watching him strut around in a skinny tie, glasses, and jeans while trying to answer a phone in a fish tank? Priceless. It just was so relieving to see a man play the part of the assistant who is hot but is dumb as rocks.

For years, we women have had to deal with that being our persona on screen and Hemsworth took it on with a smile and a wit that is unparalleled. He also got to be the villain which was fun but it was just nice to see this beautiful god of a man (he is Thor after all) play the part women have been forced into for years so easily.

Ghostbusters is honestly a good movie and, despite the hate that it got, is fun to watch! Kate McKinnon, Kristen Wiig, Leslie Jones, and Melissa McCarthy are incredible as well. Sorry, haters!
