Victoria Beckham probably felt completely at home at Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s wedding — not only being back in the UK, but also using the moment as another fashion runway. The former Spice Girl turned her focus to her very own fashion line about a decade ago, after some years of polishing up her early aughts style. Since then, she’s become a popular designer to the stars, being worn by those such as Sienna Miller, Jennifer Lopez, and Kim Kardashian. It’s actually extremely on-brand for Victoria Beckham to wear her own designs, typically in a dark color. What better marketing is there?
She has also stated over the years her modus operandi of never smiling in public. However, when Posh attended the royal wedding 10 days ago, the media still took the opportunity to call her “miserable,” or speculate that her marriage to retired footballer David Beckham is in trouble (again). Haven’t we learned that it’s no one’s place to ask someone to smile?
Victoria is a badass, and we think she’d approve of a dark, drapey top and trousers ensemble for pretty much any occasion. Who needs sequins and lace and flowers, when you can kick some ass in a sleek and comfortable outfit more easily? Rock it like Posh in some red pumps. Smile optional.
