True Blood

Sometimes, a good product for a fanboy/fangirl is one that doesn’t look like a product… but more like an item that would fit into the actual world of the TV show. With that in mind, we found these Merlotte’s pulpboard coasters. Nowhere on these coasters does it explicitly say True Blood. If one didn’t know better, it would appear that you took a trip to Bon Temps, Louisiana and brought home some casters from a local bar.

Television memorabilia doesn’t always have to advertise you’re a hardcore fan of the show. You can recreate the environment of a beloved show — its location, its theme, its vibe — with fun products. For True Blood fans, Merlotte’s is such a significant location in the show. The bar has an accuracy with its colorful employees and regulars, and besides the owner being a shapeshifter, the bar could be real. We’d give anything to visit Merlotte’s, but these coasters may be the closest fan will ever get.
