The Tales of Beedle the Bard illustrated edition is not out yet but you can already get a glimpse at the cover art.
Due for release in stores around the UK on October 2 this year. The Tales of Beedle the Bard illustrated edition will be the latest to add to your Harry Potter book collection.
Illustrated by Chris Riddell’s The Tales of Beedle the Bard are a collection of children stories in the Wizarding World. The equivalent of Muggle children stories like Cinderella and Sleeping Beaty.

The collection includes the Wizarding World stories, Babbitty Rabbitty and her Cackling Stump, The Fountain of Fair Fortune, The Wizard and the Hopping Pot, The Warlock’s Hairy Heart and The Tale of The Three Brothers.
References of the tales have been made in the Harry Potter series. The most notable and well-known tale being The Tale of The Three Brothers. The tale about three brothers who meet Death on the road, each of them receives a gift after they manage to avoid Death’s clutches. These gifts are the basis of the Deathly Hallows, a major plot point in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.

Written by Rowling, the purpose of the book was for all the proceeds going to charity and when it was sold to the general public in 2008 all of the proceedings went to the Children’s High-Level Group, remained Lumos in 2010.
