15 Disney moms who deserve the spotlight on Mother’s Day

Eudora (The Princess and the Frog)
From the opening minutes of The Princess and the Frog, we see just how incredible Tiana’s mother is. Eudora is a seamstress, and her most frequent customer just happens to be Tiana’s best friend Charlotte.
Okay, technically Charlotte’s father is the one buying the dresses. “Big Daddy” La Bouff spoils his daughter with everything she wants. So while creating the princess dresses for Charlotte, Eudora also reads stories to the girls. She never judges the La Bouff’s but still makes sure to treat Charlotte like any other kid, keeping her at least a little level-headed.
With her own daughter, Eudora is even better. She constantly encourages Tiana, reminding her to work hard, but also to remember what’s most important in life. After Eudora’s husband James dies, presumably in the war, she still manages to give Tiana everything she needs.
Eventually, all her hard work pays off. Tiana gets her restaurant and is able to take care of her mother, just as well as Eudora did for her, if not better. The Princess and the Frog didn’t flash forward too far at the end, but hopefully, Eudora got those grandkids she was hoping for.
She was an A+ mom, and would probably be an even better grandma.
