Mamrie Hart

If you’re not a big YouTube connoisseur, you may not recognize this name, but you should definitely get to know Mamrie Hart. It’s only a matter of time before she’s hitting the big time, and in fact, she’s already made some huge moves.

Anybody who has ever watched one of Mamrie Hart’s You Deserve A Drink videos already knows the kind of drop-dead funny puns this one can pump out at the drop of a hat. She is as sharp as a tack, and it’s crazy that she’s never been given her own late-night show.

Hart has been mixing drinks and making jokes on her YouTube channel since 2011. Her series, You Deserve A Drink, features Mamrie making a drink inspired by a celebrity, holiday, or whatever else is in the news that week. When she lived in New York, she was a bartender, and she found the perfect way to blend her comedy skills with her mixology skills.

While Mametown can certainly pun with the big dogs, she also works hard behind the scenes. She has written two best-selling books, You Deserve a Drink and its follow-up I’ve Got This Round. She also co-wrote, co-produced, and co-starred in the 2014 film Camp Takota and the 2016 film Dirty 30, both of which co-starred her two best friends, fellow YouTube stars Grace Helbig and Hannah Hart (no relation).

Right now, besides her YDAD videos, Hart is also hosting a daily show on YouTube with Helbig called This Might Get, where the two comedians discuss different topics every day, ranging from K-pop to exercise to psychics.

A hardworking gal like Mamrie Hart could definitely handle her own late-night show along with her already full plate of projects. Anyone can be funny with the right jokes, but Mamrie is a natural at comedy. Just watch any of her videos and you’ll see what we’re talking about.
