Infinity War is basically here and Marvel’s new clip has done nothing to ease our worries

Just before Avengers: Infinity War’s worldwide release, Marvel released the (hopefully) the last of its new footage featuring a Wakanda in ruins.

The journey to Avengers: Infinity War has been a long, tiresome one. Our favorite directors Joe and Anthony Russo promised us Infinity War could be funnier than the other MCU movies they’ve made. But then, Marvel goes and releases its latest TV spot that just throws that whole thing down the toilet.

Not to worry our little hearts already, but this TV spot does not make things look pleasant for our heroes.

Right from the get-go, there’s a scene of Wakanda in the middle of a massive explosion courtesy of Thanos and his Black Order, it seems. Scarlet Witch shrieks in terror, every single superhero is experiencing a 10 on the pain scale and I’ve just made up my mind that I won’t see this movie.

In all seriousness, if you’re strong enough to brave through the TV spot, you should be strong enough to brave through the entire film. At this point, we’ve been primed for the pain with rumors and speculation. But don’t forget that there are still tons of funny moments from the previous trailers.

We know that our heroes have been through a lot, but this will be their biggest chance to show us what they’re really made of. They’ll work together as a team, and they are going to get things done. Thanos isn’t going to get in their way because Marvel Studios has approximately 100,000 more movies to make!

Honestly, it’s been incredible so far to see what 10 years worth of MCU movies has culminated to. This movie seems like it will be the one and the ultimate. No matter how much anxiety these trailers give us, it’s certainly going to be one heck of a show.
