Watch this adorable guide dog walk his owner into a pet store

Thai the guide dog decided to make his own stop while he and his owner Danielle were at the mall recently.

If anyone thought dogs weren’t smart, then they have to check out Thai, a guide dog who knows exactly what he wants and how to get it.

Danielle Sykora is a student at Delaware Valley University and had an absolutely hilarious moment with her guide dog Thai when she went home to New Jersey for a visit.

She, her sister Michele, and their dad took a trip to the mall. Her dad had a feeling that Thai would walk Danielle into a pet store called “Cool Dog Gear.” And, of course, he did. How could he resist all that cool gear he could get?

Apparently, Thai guides Danielle into that store every time they go to the mall. “The first time it ever happened, my dad was with my sister and he just wandered right in. It was the first time he did it,” Michele told BuzzFeed.

“The next time we went to that mall, I was with them and my dad secretly said to me, ‘Last time we were here Thai brought himself into the pet store; let’s see if he does it again. So I just wanted to record it to see if it happened, and of course it did.”

Luckily, Michele got it all on tape. Thai has a mind of his own and he wants to go check out the pet store. So he just walks himself right in. It’s absolutely adorable.

Danielle also told BuzzFeed that Thai’s always been like this. He once jumped onto a cake and is always causing trouble. Just like with the pet store, Thai brings Danielle where he wants to go. He’ll sometimes even bring her to Starbucks in the hopes of getting a Puppuccino. Danielle doesn’t mind, preferring a playful pup like Thai over a more well-behaved dog.
