Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery drops tomorrow, but just how do you get to immerse yourself in the game? Here’s all you need to know.

Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery is almost here. Potterheads around the world will get the chance to create their own character, buy their wand, collect other items needed for school, and attend classes. Set sometime between the end of the First Wizard War and before Harry Potter attends Hogwarts, you’ll even get to see Professor Dumbledore, learn potions from Professor Snape, and may even have Professor McGonagall as your head of house if you choose Gryffindor.

Yes, the sorting hat isn’t quite the same as the books. You don’t get put into a house. Instead, you choose your house, so we suggest going through the Pottermore sorting hat process, where you’ll be assigned a house based on your personality. It’s a little more fun than just going with the house that you love the most.
