What if we saw Harry Potter but if it happened in real life?

Harry Potter is the fictional telling of a magical boy taking on the Dark Lord. But what if we saw it happen in real life? And with toys?

Harry Potter is the boy who lived. He defeated Lord Voldemort with the help of his friends and he became a father who worked for the Ministry of Magic. But have you ever seen that happen in real life?

No, but a fun story came about when I ended up buying one of those Funko mystery keychain toys and watched a very real Harry Potter moment happen before my eyes. When I first opened the package, it was Harry I found inside. So excited to see one of my favorites on a keychain, I turned around and realized too quickly that I didn’t have a great grip on him and he fell to the ground and broke in half.

At first, I thought about just keeping Harry’s head, the keychain being weird but still fun. Instead though, I decided to switch it out for a new one at the store. I figured that if I got Harry, maybe I’d get another Harry or even Hermione.

Instead, I got Voldemort and thought about the morbid reality that we could have seen had Harry not really been one of the horcruxes and just died trying to defeat him. It was sad, it wasn’t really what I wanted, but I couldn’t help but laugh at the fact that I threw Harry Potter across a Walmart because I was so excited he was on a keychain.

Next: Harry Potter definitely uses his childhood against his kids, right?

So is this maybe because I miss regular Harry Potter updates? Probably but it was still quite funny to see a different kind of Potter story unfolding before my eyes.
