Ryan Reynolds gets unofficially adopted by John Krasinski and Emily Blunt after seeing A Quiet Place
Ryan Reynolds went to the premiere of A Quiet Place on Friday and is now unofficially the son of John Krasinski and Emily Blunt, who couldn’t be happier.
Ryan Reynolds is the most adorable human and makes us laugh harder than anyone else in the world. Now, the Deadpool actor is adding to his cuteness by adopting Emily Blunt and John Krasinski as his parents.
It all started when Ryan Reynolds went to see A Quiet Place, which was released on Friday. Reynolds and his wife, Blake Lively, went to the premiere of the movie and became obsessed with the horror film. Reynolds wasted no time in gifting the world with yet another hilarious and witty tweet.
He wrote, “I’ve seen #AQuietPlace twice in one week. SEE THIS FILM! @johnkrasinski and #EmilyBlunt are my new parents. Congratulations, Ryan.”

Now we know for sure, if you haven’t seen A Quiet Place, you have to take Reynold’s word.
Then, John Krasinski had to show some love to his new son by sending a tweet back that made sealed the deal. Krasinski tweeted to Reynolds, “Thank you Son. Your mother and I are so proud.”
After the adoption became official (or as official as a tweet can be) Reynolds shared a family portrait with his fans on Snapchat. The picture showed Krasinski and Blunt with Reynolds photoshopped next the couple. Let’s just say, as a family, they are perfect.

This isn’t the first time that these actors discuss adoption. Last time, it was with a fan. Twitter user Colin Coder reminded us that in 2016, he sent out a tweet saying, “Just think, there is a parallel universe where @VancityReynolds and @johnkrasinski are my 2 dads.”
I’m sure he didn’t expect them to reply. But they did, and it was perfect.
When John Krasinski tagged Ryan Reynolds asking him his opinion, Reynolds replied with, “It’d be nice to have a real organ donor around the house.”
