After winning her trial back in August, Taylor Swift pledged to donate to organizations that help victims who have been through sexual assault, and she has, undoubtedly kept her promise.
For Sexual Awareness Month, Swift is taking a stand by donating to RAINN (Rape, Abuse, Incest National Network). On Thursday, RAINN announced that the songstress made a generous donation to the organization.
Thank you @TaylorSwift13 for always standing with survivors. Your generous donation this week during #SAAPM ensures that survivors and their loved ones get the help they need and deserve.

We love Swift for speaking out the way she has lately, especially when we know this hits close to home for her. In her statement last August, she made sure to let everyone know that due to her victory she would be donating to help survivors and it’s refreshing to see her do just that.
Just days after Swift’s victory, she also chose to donate to her friend Mariska Hargitay’s Joyful Heart Foundation. The songstress continues to prove time and time again that she is willing to speak up and let her voice be heard. We love her for it and we know she will keep it up. We can’t wait to see what else she decides to do to help someone else in need.
