Peeves was the king of pranks but did he celebrate April Fools?

April Fools has come and gone but Peeves the ghost remains. So do you think he celebrated April Fools this year or has that time at Hogwarts come and passed?

Peeves is known as causing quite the stir up at Hogwarts. Whether it is tormenting the students or just being a general menace, he isn’t really someone you’d want around. That is, if you know who Peeves is.

In the movies, the ghost was pretty non-existent. But in the books, he’s one of the more important characters, especially during Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. So while we don’t know what Peeves was doing after the Battle of Hogwarts, we do know that he is still probably causing mischief to this day.

So the question is, does he celebrate April Fools? Or is that more an American holiday? It isn’t exactly like we, as American fans, could know the difference. And since there were still more important things happening at Hogwarts, April Fools was never really a focal point of the series.

To us, we can probably assume that both Fred and George Weasley, as well as Peeves, would love just playing tricks on the students. After all, they did it when there wasn’t even a holiday celebrate pranking each other.

It is sad to think about how we never got to see Fred and George doing things with Peeves, especially not in the movies. I like to think that maybe Fred became one of the Hogwarts ghosts and the two torment the students in their free time. But honestly Peeves doesn’t need anyone’s help.

Next: Maybe don’t say Hogwarts was the most well protected school
