Harry Potter star launches attack on fan via Instagram

Joshua Herdman leaves superfan so upset he threw away his very own Harry Potter collection.
Joshua Herdman may be focusing on his MMA fighter career rather than acting right now, but the Harry Potter star, who played Draco Malfoy’s sidekick Gregory Goyle, still has fans from the Wizarding World franchise. He has since lost one fan, and possibly even more now, after Herdman launched an attack against a fan via Instagram.
Superfan Chris, contacted Herdman via his open Instagram profile over Herdman allegedly smoking marijuana.

What followed after was a barrage of insults exchanged from both parties. Chris has stated that he was not being rude in any way. What Chris said could certainly come across as rude but then again it can be taken innocently as well.
Whatever Chris’s intentions where it is still no excuse for Herdsmen’s very personal and inappropriate attack.
Chris, who told The Sun about the ordeal, has supposedly become so upset from the attack that despite being a super fan of Harry Potter he has decided to throw away his entire box set collection.

Herdman featured in all eight Harry Potter films as Gregory Goyle. He has since appeared in a string of other roles with his most recent being in the ITV series Marcella where he starred alongside Anna Friel. He took up MMA fighting back in 2016 and insists that this is not a career change in any way; he is just passionate about both fighting and acting.
