A collection of the most hilarious tweets tweeted about Harry Potter himself!

Considering how long Harry Potter has been part of our world. It shouldn’t really surprise you to learn there are a lot of jokes out there about the boy who lived. With seven books, eight movies, a stage production and the Fantastic Beasts series, there is plenty of source material for us to come up with a joke or two.

Funny thing is, there is probably more jokes out there about the Wizarding World than anything else. Try and do a quick Google search on “Harry Potter moments” and instead of getting what you would get for most TV shows and movies, a collection of various screenshots of particular moments, you get multiple moments that have been turned into a joke.

More from Harry Potter

The classic example is the introduction of Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley in Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone. I have seen the altered moment; “I’m Hermione Granger. And you are?” “Your future husband.” more often than the actual moment.

You will find them everywhere as well. It doesn’t really matter where you go, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, etc you can find plenty of them out there.

This is just a small selection of the jokes found on Twitter about Harry. Sadly I couldn’t put them all on here, the site would just keep crashing if I did, but there are some brilliant ones here that will make you burst out laughing when you read them.

I couldn’t relate anymore to this joke. There are plenty situations in the Wizarding World where you can’t help but think; “Hang on! You have a spell for that situation, why on earth have you not gone for this?”

Along with being funny, it’s actually a valid point this. Times change, how many of you have to remind your elderly relative that they can no longer say what was considered appropriate language? This could be on the horizon for Harry and his kids when he is older.

We have all identified with someone at some point in the Harry Potter series. But like the tweeter above are you still identifying with who you originally identified with or have times changed?

This is both cruel and funny. I remember reading “Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone” for the first time wondering if this would happen. That it would all be some sort of cruel joke put on by the Dursleys.

Yeah, he did. Enough said really.

One of the best things about Harry was his optimism. He never judged anyone straight away and encouraged others to do the same. That’s great and all but to be honest sometimes you just have to judge, especially when it is really obvious that they are not a do-gooder.

You know your home really sucks when you will happily go to school year after a year where it is almost guaranteed that someone will try and kill you. On the plus side though, at least it was always at the end of the school year when they tried to kill Harry. They definitely cared about his education.

Going to flick back to that earlier joke that Harry has a spell to defog his glasses but not eliminating the need for them. In this case, Harry is clearly using a new spell to keep them on his face no matter the number of flips and rolls he does while flying and fighting Voldemort.

That’s right. Harry joins the list of other famous individuals who never completed school. Education isn’t everything kids. But no, seriously, you should do as well as possible while at school.

My Friday night excuse from now on. Thank you, Harry.

This is brilliant for a whole number of reasons. Not just the image of Harry getting tackled by Dracula but how it creates an unlimited supply of possibilities. Captain Crunch getting swept by Tony the Tiger in a cereal on cereal matchup for example. I would also happily play this version of Fantasy Football.
