How to Make Sh*t Happen: Make more money, get in better shape, create epic relationships and control your life!  by Sean Whalen

“Is your daily life chaotic and out of control? Do you struggle with work/life balance? Does it feel like there are never enough hours in the day to accomplish all your goals?”

These are a few questions the synopsis asks. If you’re anything like me, you answered yes to all of those questions and then realized that probably wasn’t a good thing. If so, you may want to pick up this self-help book.

How to Make Sh*t Happen focuses on four cores that all start with the letter B — Body, Balance, Being and Business.

“Information is not life changing,” one reviewer writes. “Rather, the actions you take upon reading something, are life changing. Reading about a system won’t change you. You have to do the work.”

I found the book particularly helpful in convincing me to create a wider line between my work day and the rest of my life, which has had a huge impact on the way I go about my day. There still aren’t enough hours in the day, but I’ll forgive Sean for that.

How to Make Sh*t Happen was self-published, and as of Feb. 1, is now out in paperback.

If this description speaks to you, you can pick up a copy on Amazon, and make sh*t happen in your own life.
