Crazy Ex-Girlfriend recap and review: Nathaniel Gets the Message

Last week, we saw the end to Nathaniel and Rebecca on Crazy Ex-Girlfriend. And now he has to figure out life after being dumped.

Crazy Ex-Girlfriend has taken us on quite the journey this week. And surprisingly, not really with Rebecca. Yes, she has a story that makes her realize something about herself. But this week was really about the boys.

Basically, hot guys have problems too. In an American Psycho the Musical esque number, Nathaniel and the Joshes took to the stage at a gay bar to express their upset about getting broken up with.

Striping while crying on stage, the three men expressed that even if they are buff and hot, they’re still human. They all have problems and just need something to help them express their emotions. So, of course, that something is dancing in their underwear.

This episode for Rebecca focuses on her helping Valencia with her wedding planning business but Rebecca tanks it when she insists on telling the groom that the bride is cheating on him. In the end, he knows and she ruined the entire party.

It was kind of a terrible way for Rebecca to realize that she also trashes other’s lives. Especially since it was in the middle of the engagement party in front of everyone. So will she learn that her actions have consequences? Hopefully!

Rebecca Bunch still has a way to go. She has to figure out her own mind and her own life and maybe volunteering for Valencia wasn’t the best option for her. So next week, we get to see where it all took her. Especially now that she is going to donate one of her eggs to Darryl for his baby.
